Have you purchased a Social Deal?

Prerequisites:

• Not valid on holidays, on combination tickets and in conjunction with other discount offers.
• There are a maximum of 12 places available per Pizza Cruise for this promotion. If the maximum number of places has been reached, you can use your voucher for a different departure time or date.
• The Social Deal is only valid for the date and departure time for which you have made your reservation. If you have not boarded, you cannot use the voucher at another time.
• Once you have redeemed the Social Deal online, it is not possible to reschedule or cancel the reservation.
• Advance booking is required. If you have not booked online using the unique code, you will not be able to use the Social Deal voucher and will have to pay the admission price on board.
• We recommend that you make your reservation in good time to avoid disappointment!
