3Can I cancel my tickets?
There is no possibility of refund when cancelling tickets, reducing the number of persons and arriving late. Moving tickets to another date is possible up to 5 days before the cruise. This can be done by phone or email.
4How do I receive my tickets?
After you pay for your tickets, you will receive an email from us immediately. This email is your ticket for the canal cruise. You do not need to print the ticket.
5Where is the best place to park?
You can park (paid) in the parking lot at the Parkhaven across from the Euromast.
6Is the boat accessible to guests with mobility problems?
The ship has limited disabled access. Boarding with a wheelchair is possible. However, keep in mind that the toilets are located on the first floor and are only accessible by stairs. In addition, you can specify at the time of booking whether there are wheelchair users in the party.
